Unless you are a Canadian, you can't just stay or move to Canada. EU citizens may visit the country for a maximum of 180 days without a visa and may not attend school, work, or look for work -- nor may you obtain driver's licenses, open bank accounts, apply for health insurance, register/insure a vehicle, etc. You would need a study permit or work permit to stay (temporary) or permanent residency to stay in Canada. Few people can qualify for these and it can take up to five years.Unless you have legal residency, you will have limits on opening bank accounts, and would need to contact a lawyer in order to arrange payments. Of course you can't stay in Canada without legal residency, so presumably this would be for investment, family in Canada, etc. You certainly won't be able to get a mortgage in Canada.
