I am just amazed he ever graduated. He is selfish and dependent in nature. You leave now or you will be taking care of him forever. His mom finally got the courage to tell him to move, before it gets worse, you should leave him unless he is moving out now. He will never save at the rate he is spending on useless things. He is behaving like a six year old, he needs to get an apartment and start paying rent, he is old enough to rake responsibility and it is about time.

If all else fails you could pull out the old "no sex until i get my way" card. you'll either be rid of him or he will be packing his bags running from that basement before you know it.

Your bf is being irrational & I think its more then time for him to move out. Being that his parents are basically landlord I would leave it to them to break it to him but I would also try encourage them to do so or maybe suggest the mother charge at least something. That wuold make you feel less quilty & teach the bf to man up without setting off his dreams to far.
