These are all the swankiest neighbourhoods in the cities named. They are all very expensive to live in.

I'm familiar with about half of them, and know the rest by reputation. They're all nice. You knew that. Would I live in them if I could afford them? Probably not, they're just not my style, though if I could get 5 or more waterfront acres in West Van or Victoria, I'd like that.

Uplands in Victoria is a very very upscale neighbourhood, Uplands has many stately homes, mansions and upscale housing. It is a very pricey neighbourhood to live in(and extremely beautiful). The Royal Victoria Yacht Club is in Uplands; as is a very impressive golf course, that most can only dream of playing(expensive dues as well) Uplands is where a lot of the "old money" is located. Tuxedo Park is the most expensive area in Winnipeg, incredible houses, high taxes, high prices on the houses, not somewhere that most middle class working people can live with out mortgaging themselves up the ying yang.
