Depends on the percentage that seller will ask you to pay. However there as very few sellers now days to offer it.Problem is also that down payment will be probably much higher than you might expect.

I'm a mortgage broker from edmonton, alberta. Basically a Vendor-Take -Back is a 2nd mortgage, like all mortgages you should check the rate, term payments & ask your broker to check around their may be better rates available.
