I don't know how things are in Canada, but there are millions of people in the US asking the same question. Most good jobs are taken by experienced people that really need the job to support their daughters that just graduated. They are overqualified and had to beat out thousands of other experienced, over qualified candidates for the job. If you are stressed out, imagine how a man with a wife, a mortgage and two kids in school feels! Especially when he's been looking for work since you were a sophomore! He's not even getting unemployment benefits any more, or being counted as unemployed.A lot of the brightest and most ambitious are going to China to work. That's where our jobs went!!The cost of living in China is quite high. Don't know if you need to speak Chinese or not. I'm retired in the US and living on $12,550 a year. My employer took a bankruptcy and quit paying in to our pension or health care. Some thanks for working 50 years, huh? The CEO got a multi million dollar bonus for the bankruptcy.
