Pricing has dropped on average 11%, but there are even steeper deals to be had, especially on new condos and subdivisions which were only partially completed when the recession hit and buyers started drying up. However the prices will steady and start to climb again before the end of the year, though not as sharply as before.

Like the rest of the world prices in Canada are down but it depends where you are.Some areas havn't dropped as much as others.

so far it has dropped insanely. But to people not living in Vancouver it still seems like only millionaire could own a house their.Luckily mortgage rates are going down too!prime time for house buying!
